Process Of Return Return Request Creation
  • In order to return an item in your order:

    • Log into your Indikart account and go to the ‘My Order’ page.
    • Identify the order you want to ‘Return’ and click ‘Return’ to open the request form.
    • Select the appropriate reasons for the return & submit the request form.
    • Once your return request is created, you will receive an acknowledgement through SMS, email & call from our executive.
    • You will also receive an email and SMS confirming the pickup details.
    • The item you request to return will be picked up from your delivery address.
    • Once the seller receives the originally delivered item, you will receive a confirmation and a replacement item is shipped or a full refund is issued.
  • Important:

    Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

    Indikart.com’s Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased from Indikart.com within 07 days from the date of delivery of the product.

    All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product, then the following terms apply for a mutually agreed resolution of the situation.

  • Caution: Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
  • One-week Replacement Guarantee on Seller Warranty Products:

    If at the time of delivery or within 07 days from the date of delivery of the product, any defect is found, then the buyer of the product can ask for replacement of the product from the seller subject to the following terms and conditions:

    Customer must register his complaint through call or email. You can Call us at 0120-4183344 “OR” write us an email at service@indikart.com.

    Replacement can be for the entire product or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with the seller.

    In case of non availability of the product:
    • We will process the refund of the amount
    • We will inform the customer about a provision of follow up in case the product is made available by the Seller. We will keep the customer posted through a follow up, once this happens.
    • If we receive any complaint about any defect of the product after 1 week (in case of seller warranty product); customer will be able to avail only repair, within the warranty period.

      Customer has to send the complete product set first at the address of Indikart.com “OR” respective seller’s address (as per the instruction of our support team) along with the Duplicate Invoice & Complaint Letter Only then the request of replacement will be processed from our end. Once product reaches at our facility, replacement will take maximum 10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday), subject to availability of the product at that point of time.

      The replacement will be followed by an assessment of the QA Team on the concern raised by customer.

  • In case of Manufacturer Warranty Product:

    Customer has to visit the nearest Service Center of the respective Brand. Indikart.com is not liable for any defect in manufacturer warranty products. However, if service center does not entertain or respond, then Indikart.com team will speak to the Respective Brand’s Service Center for facilitating service on the behalf of our customers.

  • Non Eligibility Cases for Return or Replacement:
    • Damages due to misuse of the product.
    • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
    • Any product which is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

  • In case of Damage/Missing, Empty or Wrong products:
    • Please notify us when you receive a Damaged/Missing Product or Accessories, Empty or Wrong Product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
    • In case of wrong product delivery, Replacement or refund will be applicable only on sealed & unused product.
    • These cases would be resolved within 10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) after receiving the product back to our facility.
    • In case of refund, as per the approval given by the Brand, it will take additional 10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday).
    • Product image is for indication only. If color preference is not available, order will be shipped based on the availability of the color. In case of such a change the customer will be informed in advance.
    • We do not offer any replacement or return on freebies.
  • Points to remember:
    • The product should be UNUSED.
    • Please ensure that the product is in original packing along with the invoice.
    • When you have shipped the product back, please share the AWB Number given to you by courier. You must use a track able courier to return the product. For some categories the product would be picked up by the merchant courier, you just have to report the issue to our customer service team.
    • Refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).
    • We will refund the amount, the way payment was made. We will refund the shipping cost along with the product cost as per actual. For e.g.: If the Shipping Cost Bill is of INR 60, we will pay INR 60. This is as per the Shipping Policy at Indikart.com.
    • You will have to provide us with the proof of shipping cost and for that you have to send us your Bank Id Proof to process the refund amount. So, we request you to share one scanned copy of the Front Page of your Bank Pass Book or Cheque Book so that we can share the below required details with our Finance Department, to process the refund without any delay:

  • Please note:
    • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
    • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
    • We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
    • At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods and the shipping cost incurred for returning the product.
  • Refund Processing Time (Once order is marked Returned):
    • We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Indikart.com or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
    • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 12 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
    • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account within 12 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
    • In case of Cash on Delivery mode, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order. In case of any change in your refund cheque, we shall require a NOC letter along with the Bank Id Proof for name change in refund cheque. Refund Cheque Process will take in between 15 to 17 working days.
  • Exceptions:

    There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

    • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
    • Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
    • Defective/damaged products that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
    • Product is damaged due to misuse.
    • Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks, beauty products and clothing freebies.
    • Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
    • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
    • Made-to-order / custom jewellery.
    • Fragile items, hygiene related items.
